Ingetec’s approach to project management in territorial development
For every project, Ingetec applies a resilient, low-carbon approach at all stages: from diagnostics, through specific and regulatory studies, to project management and asset maintenance.
When a local authority entrusts us with a territorial planning challenge, we deliver tailored solutions designed to enhance usability while preserving the environment—whether it concerns water, soils, resources, or heat management.
Thus, when the contracting authority expresses a need, our role is to broaden the approach to encompass every dimension of the project—technical, financial, and environmental—so as to deliver the most ambitious solutions possible.
A specifications document is then drafted in line with these priorities, while ensuring compliance with both deadlines and budget.
From design to execution, and from mobility studies to urban planning, Ingetec is involved at every stage of project management.
As a mission-driven company, Ingetec is fully committed to minimizing the impacts of its projects.
For example, if construction work in a sensitive ecological area cannot be avoided, we implement a comprehensive impact reduction plan.
As a last resort, we offset any environmental degradation that may occur.
